I’m Alicia Foster, national sales manager with Command 7. We service all trades, including landscape, snow removal, pest control, parking lot sweeping, general repairs and maintenance, HVAC, and electrical. We service nationwide in all 50 states, including the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. We’re also expanding into Canada. Ultimately, I’m responsible for many of the sales functions, like estimating and contracting—truly overall relationship management.

How does Corrigo visibility into work orders impact your business?

One of the best things about Corrigo is the ability to align our KPIs, our internal KPIs with those of our customers and what JLL is looking for. So Corrigo gives us the ability to know what our customers are looking at at all times, and we’re able to align our KPIs with that. Our internal system has always tracked those metrics, but with Corrigo, we have the ability to see what our customers see at all times.
