I’m Melissa Hoffner, and I’m an operations team manager for JLL on an account for one of the largest banking institutions in the world.

Why did you decide to use Corrigo as your FM software?

We were previously using myFacility for our work order management system, however, we didn’t have the capabilities of putting all our recurring services in that system. We couldn’t do reporting in that system, so we were having to use outside tools, which are actually totally obsolete at this point.

How does Corrigo make your FM operations more efficient?

Corrigo has made everything easier as far as the work order management goes. We’ve got all our inspections through that system versus a whole other system that we had to use previously with myFacility in conjunction with 360. We no longer have to do that at all because everything is right there in Corrigo.

When our facility management team goes on site to do their inspections, they’re able to put in the work order right then. And you know that just keeps everything flowing much faster. It’s just easier.

What’s your favorite feature inside Corrigo?

The biggest time-saver for me with Corrigo is that previously our recurring services could not be in myFacility, and now they’re all in Corrigo. We’re able to manage the financial aspect of each work order right there in the system instead of having to approve them via BTAP files, which were very time consuming. They were just difficult to do checks and balances with. There really were no checks and balances. If you didn’t know your contract to the letter, you were blindly approving invoices. With Corrigo that is totally solved.

How does Corrigo save you time?

One of the best time-savers about Corrigo is that our engineers can use the mobile app, so nobody has to go back to the office and put in a work order. They can do it right there when they’re at the site. If an associate comes up and says, hey, this light is out. Our engineers can put that right into the mobile app, so it’s saving everybody time. Our work is being handled in a much faster fashion, which is just better for our client.

What would you say to someone considering Corrigo?

If you’re considering Corrigo for your facility management, go for it! It is easier. It is so user friendly. Even if you aren’t sure what you’re doing, the system really walks you through it. And any mistake you made can be fixed. So, it’s just a really user friendly system where you can track all of your work order management.
