Video transcript

My name is Crystal Vasquez. I’m the customer support and integration manager with Chain Store Maintenance. We’re a national provider, so we handle all the US. We also do business in Canada, Puerto Rico and Guam. We cover handyman services, electrical, locksmith, and plumbing.

In my role, I’m responsible for working with our business development department to create strategies and tactics to implement for our operations team, so that we can serve our clients exactly the way they need us to serve them with Corrigo.

How does Corrigo help Chain Store Maintenance?

I feel like the Corrigo platform really serves us well by allowing our reps to be able to communicate easily with our clients who are on the system. Everything our clients need to see is located right there in the notes and in the crew chats. Corrigo allows us to streamline that information over to our customers.

How does Corrigo work into your company’s future plans?

I’m definitely excited to continue the relationship with Corrigo. I think based on the fact that the Corrigo team wants feedback from customers and suppliers to innovate for the future…who wouldn’t want to be a part of that?

How will operational data and analytics impact your business?

I think anytime you’re incorporating data and analysis into a decision-making process, whether it be purchasing real estate, whether it be maintaining real estate, you know, whether it be making a decision on how to design a space, then you’re going to be better off. That’s true anytime you take data and analytics and place it in into the mix with the decision. You’re going to end up ahead.

What does intelligent real estate mean to you?

Intelligent real estate to me is taking data, analytics, and technology and incorporating them into decision making—whether that’s buying real estate, selling real estate, or designing interior spaces.
