My name is Karen Beatty, and I work for Roto-Rooter Services Company. We provide sewer and drain plumbing and water restoration to our customers on a nationwide basis. We have over 60 branches, and I’m the manager of electronic work orders. So what that means is I do the onboarding for new customers that come onto Corrigo or any CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) platform.

How does Corrigo boost the efficiency for your team?

Back when I started there were no CMMS platforms. Everything was manual. I answered the phone, took the calls, and Corrigo has been really great. It’s really easy to use. You know, everything’s in one place, and we can keep track of everything a lot easier.

If a customer calls in and wants something, I can just go to one spot and get it. Yeah, it’s just more efficient. It’s a more efficient way to do business.

We’re doing everything in the one platform, you know, from the beginning of the work order to billing it. We have integrated the API with the service ticket with Salesforce to generate the ticket in our system, We’re currently working on the API for check-ins and check-outs for our service techs, so I’m looking forward to that!
